  • I. Fucking. Loveeeeee. The new workouts!! They are challenging, and I am now recognizing which muscle groups are being worked with each movement. I can always improve with pushing more weight, but I'm absolutely loving these.

  • THIS WEEKS WIN WAS A NEW LOW WEIGH IN OF 150.0 ( S000 CLOSE TO BREAKING 140s hehehe) AND I JUST FELT SO CONFIDENT THIS WEEK!!!!! I hit the low weight in on the same day i had scheduled to take progress photos and it was just AMAZING felt sooo confident in myself and i'm seeing more and more changes each day and my stomach feels soooo much leaner i remember when we started j literally felt my stomach jiggling - and i was like casey whhhaaattt how did this happen and now i don't feel that anymore and it's just so refreshing and motivating and ugh just THANK YOU AHHHH

  • Holy fuckkk IVE NEVER BEEN THIS SORE! And I love it. I absolutely LOVE it! It's good hurt. I'm putting more kind to muscle connections when I'm doing a move. Im feeling stronger and 100% more comfortable and confident in the gym!   • The gym is really my happy place at the moment. I look forward to it. And I love the mental challenge of lifting heavier.. I am eating more and lifting heavier. I'm surprising myself in the weight section. I am now doing barbell lunges at the weight I started squatting at when first started your program... 95 Ibs!!   • Alsoooo thank you for showing me that progress is 100% achievable with 1 hour workouts and steps 🥺 I never would have been able to walk out of the gym doing that on my own. was always the girl who ran 7 miles then wouldn't feel accomplished unless ALSO lifted forever. Which obviously burned me out becuase I was also massively under eating. That would then lead me to not workout for a few days because I was SO tired. So you and this program has truly showed me that I don't need to over complicate it. just need consistency and stick to the basics so again, THANK YOU 🥺❤️

  • OMG wedding dress shopping showcased how much my figure has changed and just how amazing I feel in my own body! I definitely got emotional because the lady who was helping me find a dress kept commenting on how incredible my body was and how amazing every dress looked on me. She said "People usually have an easier decision because not everything looks great and that's okay, but WOW damn girl, you look absolutely incredible in everything." It seems so small/vain, but it really just emphasized and confirmed everything I've been working towards for my body (both physically and mentally) so that felt amazing. And I am going to look INSANE in the wedding dress I chose and cannot wait!

  • I'm feeling really good and confident that this is the path want to be on forever. I feel like I'm home thanks to you. I've lifted for close to 15 years but with wavering consistency (and lack of clear direction) and it feels SO good to be back in it full force and seeing physical and mental changes 😭 I'm finally breaking free of putting any barriers on my future because of my age. I'll be 34 in February and most women my age are married with kids and definitely not living this lifestyle. For the longest time I thought I had to pick. I'm Deanna, and this is my story

I am 25 years old and I am a former Division 1 Collegiate Gymnast (University of Maryland, Go Terps!) with a passion for movement, exercise and helping others find their place in fitness.

After being an athlete my entire life, I found myself extremely lost once graduating and no longer identifying as a gymnast. “I’m still an athlete, but what does that look like without a sport?” It took me years to find my footing and start to love fitness again.

Navigating the in’s and out’s of training, nutrition, and mindset, I made my fair share of mistakes. Somewhere along the way I re-fell in love with training and was able to turn my passion into a career path. I have now helped hundreds of women worldwide transform their body and their mindset, one step at a time.
